William "Willie" Earl Hancock Obituary

William “Willie” Earl Hancock, 87, of Indian Head, Maryland died December 11, 2023.


He was born July 16, 1936, to Six and Elsie Hancock.  He was predeceased by his father and mother, his sister-in-law Carol Hancock and brother-in-law John Comer.


He is survived by his brothers Herb, Parker, Alton (Cheryl) and sisters Marian and Betty Lou (Charles) and many nieces and nephews.


Willie enjoyed hunting and fishing and being with his family and friends.  He had a very good sense of humor and touched the lives of many. He was the third of six children. He was a beloved brother, uncle, and friend. He was a graduate of Lackey High School. He proudly served his country for four years in the U.S. Coast Guard. Thanks to Debbie Hancock for her love and dedication. Funeral services will be private.
