MEMORIAL SERVICE
THE FAMILY WILL RECEIVE FRIENDS ON SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2020 AT THE FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH OF WELCOME , MARYLAND AT 12 NOON UNTIL TIME OF MEMORIAL SERVICE AT 1 PM.
William “Willie” Wayne Bowie, 24, was born November 13, 1995 to Catherine “Kitty” Hutchins (Steve Gilroy) and Anthony “Tony” Bowie (Linda Greene). Willie unexpectedly passed on March 13, 2020.
Willie grew up in Nanjemoy, Maryland where he enjoyed fishing, swimming, drawing and being surrounded by family and friends. In 2013 he graduated from North Point High School with a certificate in welding. Willie worked as a welder and a roofer for many years.
Willie met Brittany Palmer his long-term girlfriend and together they had Aiden Anthony and Amanda Grace.
Willie is proceeded in death by his paternal Grandfather William “Bill” Bowie, Uncle James “Jimmy” Bowie, Grandmother Phyllis Gilroy, Aunts Betty “Darlene” Hill, Nora McCoy and Cousin Daniel “Danny” McCoy. In addition to his parents, long-time girlfriend and children, Willie is survived by his maternal Grandparents Raymond and Charlotte Hutchins, his paternal Grandmother Martha “Marty” Stewart (Jimmy), siblings Cyra Heflin, Shayla Gilroy and Clifton Gilroy, Uncles; Raymond Hutchins Jr, John Hutchins (Angie), Anthony “Bubba” Hutchins, William “Bill” Bowie Jr. (Debbie) William “Doodle” Bowie Aunts; Bonnie Hutchins, Sara Hutchins (Brian), Lisa Fuller (David), Mary Langley (David Sr.), Ann Bowie-Duval (Richard) Michelle Edelen ( Devon )and Deanna Beane. Along with his nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
