William James Oliver. Sr. “Jimmy” of Welcome, Maryland died December 13, 2019.  Jimmy was born January 7, 1961 to the late Joseph Cecil and the late Myrie Marie (Atwell) Oliver.

Jimmy is survived by his wife, Joyce Ann (Weaver) Oliver, son William James Oliver, Jr. “Jimmy” (Jennifer) and grandsons Coby and Joshua.

Jimmy loved fishing, boating, riding his motorcycle and just spending time with friends watching football and NASCAR.  Most days after work you could find him working in the yard, soaking in his hot tub or cooking on the grill.  He loved animals, especially his fur babies:  pumpkin, dizzy, sylvester, puff daddy and s. britches or any others who would come for a meal.
