Viola M. (Bowie) Sabol, 93, of Indian Head, Maryland and beloved wife of Frank T. Sabol, passed away March 12, 2025.

Viola was the only child of Albert and Eden (Goode) Bowie.  She was born June 30, 1931 in Pisgah, Maryland.

She was the commanding officer's secretary at the Naval Air Facility at Anacostia and Andrews for most of the thirty-nine years of her civil service career.

She is survived by her husband, Frank T. Sabol.

Friends will be received at St. Mary's Star of the Sea Catholic Church, Indian Head, Maryland on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at 10 AM until time of funeral mass at 11 AM.

Internment St. Charles Cemetery, Indian Head, Maryland.
