Timothy James Ellis, 72, of Indian Head, Maryland, passed away December 23, 2023.

He was born to John Ellis and Doris Miller Ellis on March 20, 1951 in Pennsylvania.  In 1955, he moved to Morningside, Maryland.

He is survived by 2 brothers and 1 sister.  Darrel (late wife Inga) and their children Catlin of Richmond, VA and Taylor of Woodbridge, VA.  Heidi Robey (husband Kenny) and their children Jeff and Matt of Lothian, MD and Todd Ellis of Morningside, MD.  And his daughter Kari Sanchez (husband Nate Lytle) of Waldorf, MD and grandchild Kayle Ellis of Dunkirk, MD.  Louiann, Aramis, Evermoore Sanchez and Siggi Lytle of Waldorf, MD.

He had a high school education and worked as an operating engineer for 40 years for Local 99.

He was married to Donna Franklin on April 26, 1974.  They were married for 49 years.  To this marriage they were blessed with a daughter Kari

He enjoyed fishing, guns, motorcycles and MGM Casino.

Memorial services will be held at the Lutheran Church of our Savior, Bryans Road, Maryland on Tuesday, January 9, 2023.  The family will receive friends at 10 AM until time of services at 11 AM.
