Thomas Milton Randall

Thomas Milton Randall, 86, died Thursday, August 18, 2022, at Washington Hospital Center.  He was surrounded by all three of his children when he passed.

His celebration of life will be held Saturday, August 27, 2022 at the Moose Lodge in Indian Head at 2 PM.  It was his wish to be cremated and bypass a traditional funeral service.

Tom was born on February 23, 1936, in Baltimore, Maryland to Joseph and Evelyn Randall.  At the age of 18, he enlisted and served 4 years in the US Navy.  Shortly after retiring from the military, he married Catherine Mae Barthalow, with whom he shared 3 children.  Tom was a salesman for AMP food stores but was fascinated by horse racing.  He worked part time at Rosecroft Raceway as a teller for many years.  He remarried in 1977 to Bonnie McNeil who had three children of her own.

Tom was a fun, loving father, and grandfather. He enjoyed betting on horse races and was an avid sports fan who loved the Baltimore Orioles and Washington Redskins.  Most of all, he had a passion for singing and was good at it!  The last several years of his life, you could always find him singing some of the more classic 1950’s songs at local businesses that would host karaoke events.  His favorite food was spaghetti and meatballs.

Tom is survived by his three children Steven Randall, Randy Randall, and Lori Scott, his 8 grandchildren, Nicole Randall, Ashlee Cruz, Chelsi Randall, Alexis Randall, Cassidi Randall, Cole Randall, Chris Kase, and Bonnie Wilkenson.  He has several great grandchildren, Donovan Randall, Jayton Gilman, Zaya Gilman, Avery Cruz, Devyn Cruz, and William Cruz.

He was a great man and will be dearly missed.
