Thomas Carroll Propes, age 79, passed away on September 22, 2023.  Born January 21, 1944, in Washington, DC, and a longtime resident of Charles County Maryland.  Son of the late Andrea M. Larison and Caroll A. Propes and stepson of Oliver K. Larison. 

He was preceded in death by his brother John F. (Jackie) Propes.  Survived by wife Christine and sons John Propes (Kathleen) and Robert Propes (Rose) and brother David Larison (Laurel), and sister Susan Propes.  Granchildren Heather, Dillon, Tristen, Conner, and Brielle Propes.

Friends will be received Grace Baptist Church, 7345 Indian Head Highway, Bryans Road, MD 20616 on Friday, October 6, 2023 at 10:30 AM until time of funeral service at 11 AM.  Internment will take place at Trinity Memorial Gardens, Mattawoman Beantown Road, Waldorf, MD 20601.  Flowers will be appreciated, or donations can be made to Grace Baptist Church.
