Mrs. Sharon Louise (Kellam) Phillips, of Marbury, Maryland, born on April 5, 1951, to the late Marion Kellam and the late Jack Kellam, passed away at age 68 on July 5, 2019 in White Plains, Maryland. Sharon was married to the late Charles Phillips. She was preceded in death by her brother, Jackie Kellam. Sharon is survived by her sons, Christopher Billingsley, Patrick Billingsley, and Troy Collins; daughter, Jacqueline (Jackie) Vayro; stepsons, Vincent Phillips and William Phillips; stepdaughters, Pamela Mann and Angela Phillips; sisters, Cynthia Thornburg, Leigh Cooksey, Lisa Snyder, and Lynn Dennison; and grandchildren, Kayla McLaurin, Cecilia Billingsley, Max Billingsley, Jaxson Vayro, Ethan Vayro, Ella Vayro, Hollyann Hicks, Christopher Billingsley Jr, and Phoenix Collins.
Sharon was a Hair Dresser for over 50 years. She was always known for her bright smile, her funny sense of humor, and willingness to help others. She was always the mom that her kids (and their friends) could call on no matter what. She was known as “MiMi” to her grandchildren. The relationship she had with her grandchildren was tremendous, the love they had for each other was beyond measure. She will be truly missed by all those who had the honor of knowing her.
Donations in Sharon's name to Charles County Hospice are welcome and appreciated. Friends and family can pay their respects at the funeral home on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM with prayers at 7:30 PM.
