Nellie Marie Jenkins

Nellie Marie Jenkins, 78, died February 18, 2024.  She lived in Nanjemoy, Maryland.  She was born November 8, 1945 in Washington, DC.

She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with family and playing cards, going to bingo and listening to music.

She is preceded in death by her daughter Carlene L. Windsor, sister, Linda Niccum (spouse Harold Niccum) and mother Hazel Elias.

She was survived by her husband Benjamin F. Jenkins Sr.; her children Carmen M. Lamb, Benjamin F. Jenkins Jr. (Margret Parker, fiance) Son in law Thomas E. Windsor Jr.; grandchildren, Thomas E. Windsor III, Ashley Shipley (spouse Teddy Shipley), William Jenkins, Brandy Jones (spouse Josh Jones), Douglas Lamb II; great grandchildren, Avery Shipley, Camdyn Shipley, Brogan Jenkins, Gabriel Lamb, Kathleen Lamb, Elsbeth Lamb, Luna Mitchell, Tiwaz Jones; her sister Hazel Graff, and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friend at the funeral home on Monday, February 26, 2024 at 11 AM until time funeral service at noon.  Internment United Methodist Church, LaPlata, Maryland.
