Marlena "Nina" Lynch Ligas Obituary

Marlena Maria Lynch Ligas was born May 15, 1981, in Prince George’s County Maryland to John M. Lynch Sr and Margaret “Maggie “Lynch.

Marlena, "Nina" as she was called by family and many friends was proceeded in death by her sister Tilla M. Lynch, her brother Jacob E. Lynch, her sister-in-law Cynthia Lynch, and her brother-in-law Joseph “Joe” Humm.

Nina is survived by her four children, Ethan W. Beane, Malaki J. Beane, JorjaRay A. Beane, and Raven B. Beane whom she loved with her very last breath; her Mother Margaret “Maggie” Lynch (Butch); her brothers John M. Lynch, Charles P. Myers Jr (Kari), James M. Lynch (Diana Nina’s bumble bee) Curtis I. Myers (Melissa), Joseph L. Lynch (Amanda) Damien M. Lynch; her sisters Diana “Inky” Humm (Chris), Deanna “Dee” Beane, Katrina “Trina” Hall (John);  her significant other William Shannon Coombs, 33 nieces and nephews and 17 great nieces and nephews, an abundance of aunt, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Nina was a jack of all trades, from crafting and painting to tattoos and body piercing. She was loud and very proud of it! Her kindness and love will truly be missed.

A celebration of Nina’s life will be held Saturday October 28, 2023 from 2 PM to 6 PM at Potomac Heights Community Center (822 Glymont Road, Indian Head, MD 20640).
