Kenneth “Kenny” Allyson Griffith, Jr., was born on May 23, 1978, in Washington, DC, the only son of Kenneth A. Griffith, Sr., and the late Deborah A. Griffith.

He is survived by his sister, Lisa A. Griffith Walker (Anthony Walker); nieces Jazmine, Gabriela; nephews Anthony (AJ), Darius, Jeramiah; and a host of uncles, aunts and cousins.  Kenny leaves behind his beloved dog and faithful companion, Bear.

At 44 years young, Kenny’s strength and determination carried him through health challenges, a long, brave journey.  We can rest assured he is at peace and in the company of loved ones who have preceded him.  Kenny found immense joy in his friendships and family, both biological and chosen.  They were all so valuable and cherished by Kenny, giving him a profound sense of kinship and warmth through his short time earthside.

Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary's Star of the Sea Catholic Church Indian Head, MD on Friday, February 10, 2023 at 11 AM.  Followed by a repast at the church hall.
