John "Fred" Fredrick Cowell Obituary
John “Fred” Fredrick Cowell, 80, of Fort Washington, Maryland, died March 5, 2022. He was born August 27, 1941 to Charles Fredrick and Joyce Windaline.
He is survived by his sister Wendy and brother-in-law Mike and many lifelong friends, dog Riley and cat Seizmo.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother and numerous aunts and uncles.
Fred enjoyed watercolor painting, gardening, animal advocacy. He was a backyard bird counter for Cornell Lab of Orinthology.
Fred was a disability advocate.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Inurnment will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri.
