James “Jamie” Allen Thompson, 52, of Indian Head, Maryland, died Sunday, January 26, 2025.  He was born to William Allen and Mary Ellen Thompson on January 19, 1973.

He was proceeded in death by his parents, both sets of grandparents and a few aunts, uncles and cousins.

He is survived by his brother William “Andy” (Beth) Thompson, his nephew Alexander (Ravenn) Thompson and great-nephew Ryker.

In his younger years he was a boy scout with his dad, who was a boy scout leader. Then when he got older helped his dad when he could,

James worked at Verizon on the cable side, which he enjoyed. 

He loved spending time with his best friends, Ted and Donna Krauel and Todd Satchell.  Going to different car shows with them or just hanging out at their house. James loved them like family.  So many great memories with them and their families. His neighb:30ors were also like family. Always looking out for each other.

His other passion was playing darts. He was on different leagues through the years.  He was also on a league at the Moose Lodge in Indian Head. James was a sweet and kind person that would have given the shirt off his own back for anyone. He will be missed by family and many friends.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 1-5 PM followed by a repass at the Indian Head Volunteer Fire Department from 5:30-7:30 PM.
