Harry "Buddy" Gordon Groenwoldt Obituary
Harry “Buddy” Gordon Groenwoldt, 82, of LaPlata, Maryland, died on Saturday, July 23, 2022. Buddy was born on February 11, 1940.
He was predeceased by his parents, Harry and Jean and his son Mark.
He is survived by his wife, Gloria; sons Steven, John (Lisa), Paul (Alison), and Luke; daughter Laurie (Andy); granddaughters Kelly and Hanna; grandsons: David, Joseph, and Jack; and his sister Margaret (Dick).
Buddy was a retired Safety Specialist with the Federal Government. He enjoyed antique tools and local county history.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, August 3, 2022, from 5-7 PM. A funeral mass will be held at St. Mary, Star of the Sea Catholic Church in Indian Head, Maryland, on Thursday, August 4, 2022, at 11 AM. Interment will be at St. Charles Cemetery, Indian Head, Maryland.
