Rocky was born August 3, 1962, in Washington, DC.  He is proceeded in death by his father, Douglas Melvin Burner, Sr. and his mom Joan Theresa Funk Burner.


Rocky is survived by his brother Steven E. Wiley (domestic partner Pamela Krofchik).
