We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Donna Lee Wagner, peacefully at her home, on November 23, 2022.  Donna was born in Washington, DC on April 11,1948 to the late Enos and Ardith Pumphrey.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Thomas Wagner Sr, her brother Ray Pumphrey and her grandsons Joel Burchell and Joshua Wagner.

Donna is survived by her sister, Ruthie Morgal, her children Bobby Cator, Carianne Wagner, and her step children Tommy Wagner and JoAnne Wagner; her 15 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; along with her nieces and nephews

She helped her husband, Thomas, build a thriving business – Diamond Sheet Metal – and loved fishing and boating, as well as going to Ocean City with her kids and grandkids.

She touched many lives and will be missed by many.

Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2023 at the Elks Lodge (1015 Dares Beach Rd, Prince Frederick, MD 20678) from 1-5 PM.
