Donald "Don" Wayne Good, of Indian Head, Maryland, passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 23, 2025 at the University of Maryland Charles Regional Medical Center surrounded by family. He was born on July 25, 1949, Washington, DC. Don was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.

He is preceded in death by his father J. Harry Good; twin sister Faye Good Robey; and sister Helen Good.

He is survived by Debbie, his wife of 46 years; children Misty Good, Brandon Good, Brittany Good, Brooke Good and stepson Brian Trumbull; 15 grandchildren; brother Joseph Harry Good; sister Patricia Good Shields; stepmother Margie Good; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was a true animal lover having many pets over the years, leaving behind his latest faithful surviving companion, Buddy, his chocolate lab. Don loved watching the Redskins, especially in their early years of Super Bowl wins while enjoying his ice cold beer! He loved fishing with his son and good friends. He was also an avid baseball fan, frequenting the Blue Crabs and Washington Nationals games.

Don was well known in the Indian Head, Charles County area, growing up here and following in his father's footsteps in the construction business, establishing Donald W Good Construction in the early 70's. Don and his family have been a fixture here on the corner of what was Glymont and Hawthorne Road for the past 46 years, a home where he also grew up in his younger years. He would in his later years of life look forward to 4:00 PM as he enjoyed going next door to Lee's Market to play keno, have his ice cold beer and socialize with all the very special people who would have a cold one with him and look after him. May Don rest in peace and his memory live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 10:00 AM until time of memorial service at 11:00 AM. The repast will be held at Burners from 12:00 – 4:00 PM.
