David Henry Kelly, Jr., 76, of Bryans Road, Maryland was born in Washington, DC on June 17, 1944. He died in Laurel, Maryland on January 26, 2021.
He is survived by his sons, James B. Kelly, and David Kelly, III.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at 5 PM until time of funeral service at 7 PM. Internment on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 - meet at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, Maryland at 8:45 AM with internment at 9 AM. COVID restrictions limit capacity to 35.
