Benjamin Franklin Jenkins, 81, of Nanjemoy, Maryland died on Saturday, May 4, 2024.  He was born October 23, 1942.


He enjoyed spending time with his family. He loved working on cars and listening to music. He played his guitar often. He enjoyed the outdoors and doing projects with his children and especially his grandchildren.


He was a retired painter from Local #51.


He was proceeded in death by his wife Nellie M. Jenkins; daughter Carlene L. Windsor; brother Thomas Jenkins; sister Ola Mae Mosley; father Benjamin U. Jenkins and mother Bertha M. Jenkins.


He is survived by his children Benjamin F. Jenkins Jr. ( Margret Parker, fiance); Carmen Lamb, son in law Thomas E. Windsor Jr.; grandchildren, Thomas E. Windsor III, Ashley Shipley (spouse Teddy Shipley), William Jenkins, Brandy Jones, Douglas Lamb II; great grandchildren, Avery Shipley, Camdyn Shipley, Brogan Jenkins, Gabriel Lamb, Kathleen Lamb, Elsbeth Lamb, Luna Mitchell, Tiwaz Jones; his brother J.B. Jenkins, and numerous nieces and nephews.
