Barbara Ann Cranford

Barbara Ann Cranford, 87 of Indian Head, Maryland died June 7, 2018 at Sagepoint Nursing Home, LaPlata, Maryland.

 Barbara was born in Pisgah, Maryland on April 25, 1931 to the late Charles R. Abell and Doris Grinder Abell.

Barbara is survived by her husband of 58 years William Warren (Crank) Cranford and daughter Peggy Cranford Durney and brother Robert Gordon Abell.  She was preceded in death by brothers Charles Leon and Gilbert Abell, and son-in-law Wayne Bishop Durney.

Barbara was a graduate of LaPlata High School.  She was a school bus driver for Compton Bus Service.  She enjoyed gardening, house plants, jigsaw puzzles, playing slot machines and going to flea markets.

Viewing will be held at the funeral home on Monday, June 11, 2018 at 5 PM until time of Funeral Prayers at 7 PM.  Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery, Suitland, Maryland.
