Anne gave testimony of being born again, by trusting in the Lord Jesus Christ to save her, at the age of 14 years old, at a special meeting at First Baptist Church of Laurel. Her life proved this as she had a quiet devotion and faithfulness to the Lord. She was always showing love through service and sacrifice. She was a faithful and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister. She often made friends around the community and thereby found more opportunities to be a blessing to others.
Throughout her life she worked for the Department of Agriculture, Indian Head Baptist Church and finally the Maryland Health Department, always in the way of office administration.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, August 17, 2023 ay 2 PM until time of funeral service at 3 PM. Internment will be announced at a later date. In lieu of gifts any donations should be made to King James Baptist Church (3443 Port Tobacco Road, Nanjemoy, MD 20662.)
