Ann Welch Hill Obituary
Ann Welch Hill, 58, of Accokeek, MD, daughter of John Gale and Frances Reklis Welch, died October 8, 2019 of heart complications. She was born March 27, 1961 in Washington, DC.
Ann was a fantastic artist and an animal activist. She never met a stray cat she wouldn’t rescue.
Ann is survived by her husband Charles Hill, her daughter Ivy Talbott, her grandchildren Summer Dockstader, Tanner Dockstader, Hailey Sweeney, and Paisley Kidd, her step-daughter Kim Talbott-Flores, her sisters Gail Welch, Mary Kevin Welch, Denise Reynolds, Jill Grinder, Jody Mixon and Shari Miller, her brothers, John, Timothy and Shane Welch, and a host of nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
Ann graduated from St. Mary’s Academy in 1980 and attended Charles County Community College.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, October 17, 2019 from 11 AM until time of funeral service at 12:30 PM..
