Mary Catherine Bledsoe

Mary Catherine Bledsoe, 67, of Bryans Road, Maryland, passed away on May 1, 2018 at her residence.  Born May 6, 1950 in Newberry, S.C. she was the daughter of the late Woodrow Bledsoe and Doris Bledsoe.  In addition to her parents, Cathy was proceeded in death by her sister Patricia DeLozier, her daughter Kimberly Henderson, and husband Wally Henderson.  Left to cherish her memories is her son Brent Henderson and his wife Tina and her daughter Amy Smith.  Grandchildren Stacy, Dustin and his fiance' Chantell, and Amber.  Great grandchildren, Armani and LJ.   Her niece, nephew, many cousins and lots of friends.  

Cathy grew up in Potomac Heights and attended Lackey High School. She has many fond memories of her youth.  She worked and retired from the Charles County Department of Social Services.  She also studied cosmetology and even though she didn't practice it, she was an excellent hairdresser.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 from 5 PM until time of prayers at 7 PM at the funeral home.  Her burial will be private.
