Jason C. Thompson

Jason C. Thompson was born March 24, 1990 in Washington, DC.  He went to join loved ones that passed before him June 11, 2019.  He is survived by his mother Pamela Edelen, grandfather George W. Edelen, Jr., uncles Joe and George W. Edelen III, aunt Amy Edelen, and cousins Katie, Joe, Jordan, Rachel, Dillon, and Logan.  Jason was welcomed to his eternal heaven by those that preceded him, including his grandmother Sharon Edelen and his girlfriend April Graham.  He was the first grandchild of George and Sharon Edelen and was loved and raised in Indian Head, MD.

Jason was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and Washington Capitals fan.  He enjoyed everything outdoors, country music and spending time with friends and family.  He was known for his sweet, gentle, easy-going spirit.  Jason had an infectious smile that exuded a loving kindness causing those that met him, to love him.  He was good with kids, liked to make people laugh and loved animals.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, June 20, 2019 from 5 PM until time of prayers at 7 PM. Pastor Tony Wright will provide service and prayers.
