Early on the morning of Thursday the 11th of December 1980, William and Jane Miles were blessed with a beautiful baby girl, Crystal Dawn Miles. At a little over 10 pounds, her paternal grandfather Wilmer Miles said “she was big enough to go bear hunting in the woods with a fly swatter.” And that sums up how Crystal lived life, believing that she was big enough to do any and everything she wanted to. This decisively stubborn young lady lived every day on her own terms, right up to and including her last day in this life. Somewhere between dusk and dawn on the morning of October 26, 2019, her chapters of mortality concluded as the book of life was closed on her.
As the queen of independence settled in to real romance, she wed the love of her life Raymond Joseph Liebrecht on October 11, 2008. From that union they were gifted with her little princess, the joy of her life, Biance Ryanne Liebrecht.
Crystal enjoyed life. She loved to be adventurous, traveling and boating with friends. She had an artistic ability that was evident in her hair styles, fashion, and decoration. She enjoyed success as a world-class hairstylist and formidable business woman. She loved gardening, had a mean sweet tooth and a deep desire for the sand and sea.
She is proceeded in death by her loving husband Raymond Joseph Liebrecht, her father William Tracey Miles, paternal grandfather Wilmer Miles, and her maternal grandparents Arthur & Helen Berry.
Crystal leaves behind to carry on the memories she etched in our hearts, her precious daughter Bianca R. Liebrecht, her mother Jane B. Miles, sisters Samantha Wood & Ashley Herbert, grandmother Sandra Miles, aunts Judy Beavers & Cindy Banks, her step son and daughter Mitchell & Carson Liebrecht, cousins, nieces, and nephews and a host of friends and loved ones.
Crystal may be forever gone from our sight, but her footprints will forever live on in our hearts.
The family will receive friends on Friday, November 1, 2019 at Shiloh United Methodist Church, Bryans Road, MD from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM with the funeral service at 4 PM, followed by a repass and Prayers at 8 PM.
