On behalf the Strawberry Hills Civic Association, I want to express my deepest
sympathy to the family and friends of Mr. Sonny Lund. He was definitely a friend
of our association and gave generously to us for our National Night Out Ceremony.
And he always contributed so cheerfully. Being civic-minded wasn't a chore for
him.
On a personal note as a regular customer of Bryans Road Hardware for over 20
years, he and his staff were great--positive and always helpful. When I came into
the store and saw him, he would always greet me saying something like, "How
are you doing youngster?" Being sixty-something years old, I told him that I
really liked the way he talked.
Again, my condolences. He will be missed.

My condolences to Sonny's family, friends, and all the BR Supply employees. I have lived in Bryans Rd for 43-plus years. If I came to BR Supply with a problem, Sonny had the fix. It didn't matter if I spent 10-cents or 100-dollars in materials, he always took care of me courteously and with a smile. I'll miss you.

I know Sonny will be missed by his family and friends. He and Virginia were so gracious to me when I moved to Indian Head as a young minister's wife. They were so supportive of the church. As an ethical businessman he will be greatly missed. God bless his precious family in this time of grief.

I live in Bryans Road for Over 45 yrs. and frequently went to BR Hardware. Mr Lund always greeted me with a smile and offered to help me. He also graciously gave to our Strawberry Hills National Night Out. I have moved out of state but know the many customers and friends will miss his kind face.
Condolences to family friends and business family.

I went to school with Arthur at Indian Head Elementary. I remember him as being very shy and quiet! He was a very good kid!!!!!
