My deepest sympathies to the family. My heart goes out to you. I know that regardless of how long someone has lived, you don't miss them any less when they pass. I hope that you are able to draw strength from those closest to you (Prov 17:17). Please also know that the Creator of the universe is keenly aware of what you are going through and gives comfort and strength to those in need (Psalm 34:18; Isaiah 40:28,29). He has also purposed, through his son, Jesus Christ, to bring an end to death and gives a magnificent hope for those who have passed (1 Cor 15:26; John 11:25). Until then, hold on to the precious memories you shared and take advantage of the comfort God offers through his word and the people around you.
