Annie Wohlleben Seldon was born March 20, 1931 in Copenhagen, Denmark to her parents Svend A. and Erna L. Wohlleben.
On October 22, 1966, she married the love of her life, Charles G. Seldon,a Sgt. in the United States Air Force. She was a loving and devoted wife until her passing.
Annie loved and enjoyed life to its fullest. She enjoyed cooking and painting. She adopted, loved and cared for numerous pets throughout her life. She was extremely kind and generous, and she had a way of making everyone feel very special.
Annie worked for Scandinavian Airlines for several years. As a military spouse, she loved to travel with Charles, exploring numerous European countries and several of the United States.
After retiring from the Air Force and spending several years in Europe, Annie and Charles made their home in Indian Head, MD.
Annie was of the Lutheran faith. She leaves to cherish her memory her loving and devoted husband Charles, her half-sister Birgitte, two sisters-in-law (Carolyn Seldon and Evelyn {Neil} Black), three brothers-in-law (Tom, Kenneth {Joan} and Ernest Seldon), and several nieces and nephews.
Annie peacefully departed this life on December 30, 2017. Annie, you will always be loved; you will be missed dearly and never forgotten.
A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Monday, January 8, 2018 at 2 PM until time of funeral services at 3 PM. Interment Maryland Veterans Cemetery on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at 11 AM.
